Driver Report Console
The Driver Report Console link is intended to allow drivers, contractors, and agents to review their work and planned pay amounts. It is designed to work on desktop computers, iPADs, iPhones, Android devices, and other devices with a live connection to the Internet.
Upon clicking the link, the user will be presented with a login screen. Here the user can enter their Driver Code and Driver Password.
Once logged in, you will see two tabs – the Job Review Tab and the Job Detail Tab. By default you will be taken to the Job Review tab.
Job Review Tab
The Job Review tab is used for searching for orders by date range and status. The tab is set to default to the current day when first logging in and will display the current day’s jobs. You can adjust the date range to see a different day’s jobs, or to search for jobs for an entire date range.
The search can also be filtered by order number or order numbers, if you know the number(s) of the particular order(s) you are searching for. To select more than one order at a time, you can enter a comma separated list of job numbers (for example 12345, 67890, 98765 would return the three orders with those numbers, if found). You can also search for a range of order numbers by entering two order numbers separated by a colon delimited (for example 12345:12395 would return all orders numbered between 12345 and 12395, including those two order numbers).
By default, the Job Review search will include all unpaid jobs, regardless of status. You can change the status box to view status Paid orders.
The number of jobs returned is limited to 500 with a single search. By default, the number of items returned per page is set to 50. This value can easily be changed to either 100 or 500 jobs per page using the drop-down box at the bottom of the Job Review tab.
Job Detail Tab
If you ever need to see more detail related to a job, first select the job on the Job Review screen. Then, simply click on the Job Detail tab and the detail information for that job will be visible for review.
You can also use the Next and Previous arrow buttons at the top of the screen to step through each order displayed on the Job Review tab without leaving the Job Detail tab. This allows you to review these orders in detail without having to jump back and forth to the Job Review tab.
